Zoom Content Center Launch Film
Role: Producer
Description: A dedicated runner’s new shoes are late for her upcoming marathon. Zoom Contact Center finds her order and sends her shoes so she can make it to the starting line. Shot in a San Jose neighbourhood street, this whimsical commercial style video showcased Zoom’s new contact center chat bot and how it could support small businesses to manage their online orders. This 2–3 minute brand film premiered during the CEO keynote at the Zoom’s annual flagship event, with subsequent digital rollout.
Responsibilities: Work with Director and agency creative team to deliver storyboards, script revisions and location options for the shoot to the client. Manage on-location production and post-supervise the commercial through to the final cut.
