Description: On the launch of Bill Gates’ Breakthrough Energy, our studio produced an exclusive stream for his core investors and partners. Six CEOs from Fortune 100 firms presented to an audience of America’s top business people. This event highlighted the launch week’s success in raising $1 billion dollars from some of America’s largest corporations. Breakthrough Energy is a global network of partners that supports research, development, investment, and policy for clean energy technologies.

This livestream was one of more than 50 that I scoped and produced while studio manager from 2020 - 2023. Streams ran for up to 5 days with 15 channels and 40k paid viewers for brands such as Intuit Quickbooks, Door Dash, Catalyst’s MARC, Google Cloud, among others.

Responsibilities: Scoping, budget, schedule, crew acquisition and management, studio management, programming, technical production, rehearsal and tech check planning, management and coordination of production teams up to 40 in up to 3 locations.
